 We follow the National Curriculum and we go beyond it. English is the everyday language. Devotion is made every morning before lessons start as we believe that the fear of The Lord is the beginning of wisdom. In the primary children have the opportunity to study Language (English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin), Mathematics, Science, ICT, Religion, History, Geography, Citizenship, Art, and Music. Physical education includes sports, health education including nutrition and drug awareness.
We provide ICT and music room for ICT and music education. The ICT rooms have personal computers and all linked to the internet. Each classroom is also equipped with the multimedia to support the use of ICT in the learning process.
We always review and improve our curriculum to make sure our children go beyond required standards. We encourage links between subjects to show their interdependence. We aim to complement and reinforce the children’s’ knowledge through experiential learning and taking them on trips related to topics that they are studying in class.
Our school curriculum is also designed to build children’s awareness of their nationality and care for their community and environment. Projects are designed to make them care about other people, respect the differences among people. |
